I remember when I visited Yellowstone national park, I slept in campground and woke up very early at the pace of nature. I felt so nourished and in tune with my body and my surroundings; That is something that I keep doing when I went back home, waking up early to have a moment with myself and enjoy the first lights, the bird singing and nature awaking.
